  • We accept bookings paid for via: account, cash, credit/debit card, PayPal

  • Can I keep a driver all day?
  • Yes, you can - please email us your requirements. We aim to answer your email within 2 hours.

  • What shall I do if my car is late?
  • It is very rare that our drivers are late! But if the driver is late please call us at 01865 30 30 30 or 07710 568794

  • Are you able to collect me from any other city?

  • Do I need to tip the driver?
  • You are not required to tip your driver but it is greatly appreciated by them!

  • Can I have multiple pick ups/drop offs on my journey?
  • Yes, you can.

  • Do you charge more over Christmas or Bank holidays?
  • No! We do not charge extra during Christmas or Bank holidays.

  • How much will I be charged if I keep the driver waiting?
  • Waiting time charges are £25 - £40 per hour. Depending on nature of booking i.e., car type, time of booking

  • What is your booking cancellation fee?
  • Cancellation fee for local bookings: £35
    Cancellation fee for airport bookings: Full airport booking price

  • I’ve lost something in one of your cars?

  • How do I get a receipt?
  • You can get from the driver or we can send you via email in pdf formate.

  • Can I get a receipt for a cash booking?
  • Yes, you can

  • Do I need to be a business to have an account?
  • No, you can open a personal account.

  • How much luggage can I take in a car with me?
  • This is all dependant on the size of the car and number of passengers are travelling.

  • Why do you need the flight number when picking up from airports?
  • To track your flight to see if you are lading early or late.

  • What should I do if my flight is late landing?
  • We adjust the pickup time according to flight landing time, we track live flights so you don’t need to worry about it.

  • Where will my driver meet me at the airport?
  • At arrivals! We normally send driver’s contact number so you can meet at a common point.

  • Do you charge waiting time and parking charges?
  • Your bookings waiting time and parking charges.

  • What happens if my flight has been cancelled?
  • We will be aware of your cancellation if we have your flight number.

VEHICLES FAQ’S

  • What vehicles do you have?
  • We provide executive taxi service. We have only Mercedes Benz Cars.

  • Can I carry an animal in one of your vehicles?
  • Yes you can, please make sure animal must be secured during travel.

  • Do your vehicles have child seats?
  • Yes we provide child seats on request.
